Listing Terms

Listings are annual. Once your listing is finalized and payment is processed, the listing fee is non-refundable. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next annual cycle begins.

Eligibility

To be listed on TopVacationRentals.com, your property must be a legitimate vacation rental operating in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

City Spotlight Availability

City Spotlight placements are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited per city and property type. Availability is not guaranteed and may change at any time.

Pre-Launch Pricing

Pre-launch pricing (50% discount) is available to applicants who apply before the October 2026 launch date. This discount is locked in for the first annual term. Standard pricing applies to renewals unless otherwise specified.
